CloudSpark resource centre
We’ve designed our resource centre around Microsoft Teams, enabling you access to the wider community of Resellers, Product Materials and Branding Guidelines.
This unique offering means you can join the conversation among our growing resellers, share you stories, tips and support the wider community in frequent live demonstrations and webinars.
Dedicated account manager
We pride ourselves in consistancy, therefore we will assign you a Dedicated Account Manager that will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.
In addition, your account manager will arrange a monthly check at a time suitable, so that we can assist you in making the most out of the Reseller Programme. Your account manager will take the lead in any growth prospects you may have and will walk you through the customer life-cycle.
Technical support
Our technical support team have a combined 25 years of experience in supporting existing customers. Our resellers will have access to the hands-on experience through cradle to grave.
Importantly, when selling SaaS services to your customer, should you require technical per-sales our team will be able to assist you in these calls.
Depending on your chosen plan we offer support from Monday – Friday (8am – 6pm). However, should you choose the Silver or Gold Reseller plans we will discuss your requirements going forward.
Specialist training
Included in each Reseller plan we offer Specialist Training, these training hours are limited to 100 hours per year.
However, the benefit of Reseller plans will give you access to offers and reductions in further training hours to suit your needs.
Please discuss further requirements with your account manager for future options.

Adoption & Change Management
We have created an easy-to-follow framework to guide you through the adoption process. Each phase is broken into simple steps that guide you to the best practices, resources, and tools you need to build and deploy a customised adoption approach.
Self Branded CASCADE
You might find Self Branded Portals important to grow you brand. Our Gold Reseller Plan offers self branding, enabling you to brand your own customer portal, training and documentation is available if required.
Sales Leads
We’re keen to work with you to maximise your sales opportunity, therefore it’s important that we work together in kick starting your lead generation. Our Silver and Gold plans provide you with leads annually starting from 100 leads.
