If we are notified of any relevant issue in our business, or if one of our staff members contracts COVID-19 and has contact with your staff or business, we will notify you immediately via email and telephone to your business’ partner contact.

To help us keep our team fully operational, and also to reduce the risk to your staff, our clients can help us to help them by working with us remotely and via the telephone. We ask all customers in this period to raise an initial support request via our Support Page and we will call you back as quickly as possible.
